Current team consists of MIT alumni with engineering and research
experience at Google, Microsoft, Lycos and several start-ups.

Requirements

    * Strong web development and software experience.
    * Proficient with front-end technologies (XHTML/XML/JavaScript).
    * Proficient with web application architecture and databases.
    * Previous experience with MySQL, Python and Django are a plus.
    * Quick learner - ready to learn new technologies on the job.
    * An easy-going, collaborative personality.
    * Experience working with close-knit, collaborative team.

Responsibilities
    * Prototype a self-contained component of our product.
    * Design a scalable system architecture from a high-level product
description.
    * Rapidly learn new technologies and software design principles on
the job.

Requirements
    * Expertise in at least one or more programming languages.
    * Degree or candidate for degree in Computer Science or related
field.
    * Experience with relational databases and Linux.
    * Python, MySQL, Django, Java knowledge a plus.
    * Understanding of internet protocols and web application
architecture.
    * An easy-going, collaborative personality.
    * Creative vision and enthusiastic drive.
    * Experience working with close-knit, collaborative team.

    * Ability to design, implement and evaluate sophisticated machine
learning and text analysis models.
    * Solid understanding of both unsupervised and supervised
approaches.
    * Familiarity with NLP/Machine Learning/Information Retrieval tasks
including but not limited to: summarization, document clustering,
text-processing, discourse analysis, text mining, tagging,
classification and natural language generation.
    * Keen interest in using machine learning to build a robust but
practical product.
    * Quick learner - ready to learn new technologies on the job.
    * An easy-going, collaborative personality.
    * Experience working with close-knit, collaborative team.
